This spelled doom for the VIP as he was kidnapped and confidential information taken. The trustworthy of an employee should be background checked.
It has also been researched and shown that 40% of the resumes contains incorrect information. Some Job seekers do add incorrect data so as to increase the relevance of their resume. An employment background checking helps a business to conform that the employee has the skills declared, has the academic certification posted and is who he/she claims to be.
